How to Fix Red Gums

Of course there is the obvious brush your teeth, floss, see a dentist... but for me it was a little Chapstick on your gum, especially before bed.

Bad Muscle Cramps

Gatorade, or more specifically it is water, sugar, salt that helps hydrate the muscles. Midol helps too, even if you are a guy. Heating Pad, Hot/Cold Showers if the pain is from working out. The hot/cold showers will make the muscles release some of the toxins.

For Periods:  If you feel weak or get circles under your eyes, you are very like to be iron deficient, as most women are. Try an iron vitamin supplement. Also, make sure to take vitamin c, like have some oj when you take an iron supplement, as otherwise your body will have a harder time processing the iron, you won't absorb as much.  Women need more iron than men.
